You can limit the number of simultaneous logons per user via a logon policy.

This is configured from: File - Tools - Limit Logon.

Created policies are shown in the left-hand pane with their settings in the right-hand pane.

Multiple policies can be created, but only one enabled policy per user is enforced. If a user exists in both the Admins and Staff policies, the highest ranking policy is enforced, with 1 taking priority over 20.

The Countdown to logoff selection control is used to specify if the oldest or latest session will count down to autologoff.

The Show warning message checkbox, controls if a logoff banner is displayed on the remote station(s) as well as the current station.

Selecting the Allow remote station logoff checkbox, enables an option for the user to select which station to logoff.

Policies are assigned to users on specific stations, in the same manner as other BCX tasks.
